Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Agen89 will never request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally.

All financial transactions on Agen89 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are stated within the platform and may vary by payment method. Agen89 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to: FPX Bank Transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT) for eligible accounts. Not all methods may be available to all players at all times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Agen89 reserves the right to verify the source of funds prior to processing large or unusual withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Processing times vary by method; most e-wallet and FPX withdrawals are completed within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

Agen89 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms including a wagering requirement, game contribution rate, expiry period, maximum bet restriction, and maximum cash-out cap. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:
Anti-Abuse Policy: The creation of multiple accounts, the use of coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, or any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate disqualification from all promotions, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent account closure.

All games offered on the Agen89 platform — including live casino, slots, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade — are governed by the individual rules of each game or market, which are made available within the game interface or via the platform's help documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to gameplay only.
Sports Betting: All bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA for European competitions, the UFC for mixed martial arts events). Agen89 reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of suspected match manipulation, data errors, or force majeure events.
Casino Games: All casino games on Agen89 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or network interruption during gameplay, Agen89's records shall be the final authority on the outcome of any interrupted session. We reserve the right to declare a round void and return the relevant stake if a reliable result cannot be determined.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Agen89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, termination of all pending transactions, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Agen89 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a court order or regulatory directive.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting Agen89 customer support via live chat or email. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion. All content on the Agen89 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Agen89 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. Any other use — including copying, redistribution, publication, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited.
